Sourcing - In house Knitting and Outsourcing

Our fabric requirement is catered by in house production facility and also outsourcing globally from top factories of China, India, Malaysia & Pakistan.

We have full control over the fabric from knitting stage to dyeing/finishing stage. The fabric is 100% inspected in our own warehouse / factory in Delhi at the grey / dyeing stage before it is finally dispatched to Nepal for cutting and making up. Besides this, we are continually monitoring the quality of the fabric at all stages. All the fabric is manufactured using modern machines for knitting, dyeing and finishing ensuring good shrinkage and colouring fastness properties. We have alliances with the leading yarn manufacturers of India for all types of yarns - cotton in yarn counts from 10 / 1 to 80 / 1, blended yarns, melanges yarns, space dyed yarns, dyed yarns, etc. We specialize in stripe fabric ( feeder & Auto stripe s / j ) at our in house production.

A part from this we have very strong relationship with some of the top chinese mills who are regularly supplying us big volume of fabric ranging from basic jersey / Rib to spandex & printed jersey, 2 / 3 thread fleece / polar Fleece / micro fleece / loop terry / velour, Sueded / plain auto stripers s / j / rib etc.

We also have in house Embroidery, Printing,Tie Dye and Hand Beading/Sequins facilities.

All our units are approved by Gap for Social, Environmental and Product Safety.
We comply with all the local labour laws. For product safety all our units are equipped with a Needle detector and entire set of ITS Safe Q neck stretch gauges and pull test equipment.
